We look forward to having in-person visits once again. The volunteers and staff are working toward enhancing the displays and coming up with ways to keep everyone safe once the museum opens. The St. Vital Museum 2021 Calendar is now available! The calendar is $3 each or three for $5. Click here to purchase your calendar. The museum remains closed to visitors at this time, so we encourage cashless or no-contact purchases as much as possible. Thank you for your continued support!


October 30, 2020

Winnipeg will be in RED or critical level in terms of the COVID-19 alert system of Manitoba starting November 2, 2020. In light of this recent development, the St. Vital Museum will be closed to all visitors at this time. We will monitor the situation and communicate with you for any updates. Thank you for your continued support.


September 22, 2020

The St. Vital Museum is currently open Saturdays, from 10am - 4pm. Tours will be by appointment only. If you are interested in a visit, please email info@svhs.ca and a member of our staff will respond to you to confirm a schedule. To help keep everyone safe, wearing a face mask and physical distancing are mandatory.
